Par 3 at Humberston is an important new community being constructed at the end of Scout's Lane, off Humberston Avenue.

Close by is a small range of convenience stores whilst more individual shopping and services is available in Waltham Village. The Tesco Extra store is within 2 kms of the development.

Humberston and New Waltham offer a good range of eateries, convenience stores, a health centre, pharmacy, takeaways, public houses, hotels, churches and a post office. Close by is New Waltham Village Hall where various social activities can be enjoyed. Within a 3 kms is the Diane Princess of Wales Hospital with an A & E Department.
